Prepare two 7 inch cake pan and line it with butter or oil and line a butter paper. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and 150 degree
Sieve the flour,baking powder,baking soda atleast 2times and mixed well then saperate the mixture into 2 bowls . Add coco powder to one bowl and mix well and keep it aside.
Take a clean bowl , add eggs and vanila essence ,oil and milk then beat it weell. Add powder sugar into egg batter alternatively and beat till it s get fluffy . and add the egg batter alternatively into the mixture of dry ingredients equally. and mix well.
Pour the batter into the prepared tins and tap the tins to release air bubbles and bake it for 35 or 40 minutes
After 40 minute until a toothpick inserted comes out clean the cakes are ready . Allow it to cool for 5 min befor demolding it. Cool the cake befor frosting
Cut the cakes into 2 layers, Take wipping cream and beat it well , take one layer vanila cake soak with sugar syrup and add wipping cream spread evenly. Then place chocolate cake and continue the procedure . And cover the cake with wipping cream .and apply chocolate ganache into the cake the add white chocolate ganash and decorate it as you like
