Ingredients

  • Flour 1 cup


  • Cocopowder 1/4 cup


  • Egg 4


  • Sugar 1cup (powder it)


  • Vanila essence 1 tsp


  • Baking powder 1 tsp


  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp


  • sunflower Oil 1/2 cup


  • Milk 1/4 cup


  • Wipping cream 1cup


  • Dark chocolate 200 gram


  • White chocolate 200 gram


  • Sugar syrap 2 cup

Directions

  • Prepare two 7 inch cake pan and line it with butter or oil and line a butter paper. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and 150 degree
  • Sieve the flour,baking powder,baking soda atleast 2times and mixed well then saperate the mixture into 2 bowls . Add coco powder to one bowl and mix well and keep it aside.
  • Take a clean bowl , add eggs and vanila essence ,oil and milk then beat it weell. Add powder sugar into egg batter alternatively and beat till it s get fluffy . and add the egg batter alternatively into the mixture of dry ingredients equally. and mix well.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared tins and tap the tins to release air bubbles and bake it for 35 or 40 minutes
  • After 40 minute until a toothpick inserted comes out clean the cakes are ready . Allow it to cool for 5 min befor demolding it. Cool the cake befor frosting
  • Cut the cakes into 2 layers, Take wipping cream and beat it well , take one layer vanila cake soak with sugar syrup and add wipping cream spread evenly. Then place chocolate cake and continue the procedure . And cover the cake with wipping cream .and apply chocolate ganache into the cake the add white chocolate ganash and decorate it as you like
